What you might want to know

We guess you will have quite a few questions before you decide for booking a course - below we try to give you the answers to the most frequently asked questions.

We offer you to test your language capabilities in the language you want to improve to evaluate which course is the right one for you. If you are unsure, please ask us for assistance.

We offer catch-up-lessons every week, Thursdays from 12.00 – 13.00 h. Just give us a call or send us an e-mail that you’d like to come and we’ll take care of you. Catch up lessons are free of charge.

We do. Those can take place in the school or at your house. Evening sessions are due to some extra charges (seeprice list).

We will always publish on our website when the next courses start or which course you can join, however we are prepared to teach you in private lessons at the times and pace convenient for you. An overview of our current courses can be found here.

Yes you can. We’re pleased to offer private lessons at your house at only slightly higher cost, depending on where you live.

This can differ, however normally our groups do not exceed the number of 6 participants.

We offer individual packages depending on your requirements, please contact us for an offer (contactus@softlanding.ch) or browse through our corporate packages.

Basically any time. You start learning with us when you feel you want to start and you also step out again, when you learnt what you wanted to learn.

You pay the bill we issue on a monthly basis and only for the lessons taken. Fair and flexible.

Sure. We have a team of approximately 15 teachers, and whereas we all use the same teaching material, people are different and have different teaching styles – rest assured that we’ll find the right teacher and course for you!

All our teachers do speak English, some of them even other languages in addition. We’ll make sure that we’ll understand you and that you’ll understand us!
