Book Club 2026

German Level B2 A free opportunity for Soft Landing students: practise your speaking skills by discussing a book in German! You can read the book in any language you prefer—the focus is on the conversation in German. External participants are welcome at CHF 60 per session.

A1 is the first step

It's the requirement for your residency document and lays the foundation for building your language skills in everyday situations.

A2 group courses

Elementary

You can handle simple, everyday tasks and conversations. You understand basic expressions and can communicate in familiar situations like shopping, work, and family.

Level B group courses

B1 – Intermediate B2 – Upper Intermediate

You can understand the main points in everyday situations and conversations. You can describe experiences, opinions, and plans, and handle most travel-related scenarios.

You'll need a level B1 to start the citizenship application process.

C1 – Advanced C2 – Proficient

At level C1, You can understand virtually everything you hear or read. You express yourself with ease, precision, and depth, even on complex topics.

To study in Switzerland, this is a requirement.

 

Level C2 signifies mastery, focusing on precision, academic texts, and specialised communication with near-perfect fluency.

For Children aged 3 to 7 years

Children learn German naturally through play, songs, and creative activities. The focus is on building vocabulary and encouraging language use in a fun group setting.

Primary School support for Grades 1 to 4

Support for children aged 7 to 10 in Swiss local schools, offering group lessons or one-to-one support, with a focus on building confidence, especially for non-native German speakers.
 

Gymi / Kanti preparation

For children from age 11

We help students aged 11 and up with their German and schoolwork, preparing them for entrance into Gymnasium or Kanti. Our support opens up future study options in Switzerland by building the language skills and confidence they need to succeed.
